These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of morutabana.com (the "Service"), operated by The Villescence Publishing Studios ("Morutabana," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Morutabana is intended for students studying towards IGCSE, JCE, or BGCSE qualifications, and anyone else who finds the content useful. If you are under 18, we recommend a parent or guardian review these Terms with you and be aware of your use of the Service, particularly before any paid subscription is purchased.

Subscription prices, currently listed in Botswana Pula (BWP), are shown on our Pricing page and may change from time to time; we'll give notice before any price change affects an active subscription.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancelling stops future billing, but you'll continue to have access until the end of your current paid period. See our Refund Policy for details on refunds.

All content on Morutabana — including revision notes, diagrams, illustrations, flashcards, exam questions, and the design of the Service itself — is owned by The Villescence Publishing Studios or its licensors, and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Your subscription gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to view this content for your own study purposes. It does not give you any ownership rights, or the right to reproduce or distribute the content elsewhere.
We work to make sure our revision content is accurate and genuinely useful for exam preparation, but we can't guarantee it's error-free or that it covers every detail of any specific syllabus or exam. Morutabana is a study aid, not a substitute for your official curriculum materials, textbooks, or teacher guidance. We recommend cross-checking important details against your official syllabus.
The Service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Morutabana and The Villescence Publishing Studios will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including exam results or academic outcomes.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, or if we discontinue the Service, with reasonable notice where practical.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll notify you by email or through a notice on the Service before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Botswana. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Botswana.
